10.00 am – General Ticket Holders. If you have purchased general admission tickets entry is from 10.00 am each day. Unfortunately, Eventbrite do not make this clear when sending out tickets as they just detail the entire show opening hours.

4 pm

6 pm to 9 pm. You will not be able to stay inside the venue between 4 pm and 6 pm as the cleaners need access. There will be a few simple refreshments available on Trade Night as the Café will be closed.

Full Address: EP1, Enterprise Park, UWE Bristol, Long Down Avenue, Stoke Gifford, Bristol. If using Google Maps please use Parking lot BS34 8RB as this will take you straight to the car park, otherwise you will end up the wrong side of the building. Parking is free outside the venue.

The café will be open from 9 am on the Saturday until 4 pm and also on the trade night from 6-9pm. Cafe will re-open 10 am on the Sunday until 4 pm. The café serves both hot and cold food and drinks and a variety of snacks and is run by the University. We understand they only accept card payments.

This is an accessible venue. Whilst there are two or three steps down to the main hall, there is a wheelchair lift available.

There are multiple toilet locations including disabled toilets. These are well signposted within the venue.

All visitors to the show will be given a raffle ticket so that they have an opportunity to take part in prize draws that will take place at 11am and 2pm each day.

There is a room set aside for children’s activities where they can access free facepainting and glitter tattoos.

There will also be a colouring competition & craft table. In addition, there will be retro arcade machines and other games. There will be a photo opportunity in the children’s room where there will be some Pokémon props. Children remain the responsibility of parents/carers at all times, and we do not provide supervision, nor can we take any responsibility for children.
